Alice

I recently got an email from a college student named Alice asking me to draw her, I guess I needed a break from work art so I decided it was a good excuse to do some personal art. This is the fastest I've ever done anything that someone has asked for hehe. I guess I just got inspired by her photos. Hope she likes it! I wanted to post something to show my appreciation to visitors, when my visitor stats hit 50,000, thanks to everyone who keeps checking in on my blog and following my work progression! I will try to keep getting better in the future hopefully you will keep following my journey!

Take a look at my soul

Don't usually do art as a form of self expression. I guess a lot of people do, and it makes them feel better. I want to be able to let go and not worry so much about what it looks like to other people sometimes. This one was an exercise in that. Just a quick piece maybe 30 min to 1 hr. didn't think much just let go. Though there are hints of meaning in there for me. I was really frustrated at the time and painted it instead of wrote it down or talking about it.
